When try to use dateselector-calendar-panel to add a date to calendar, the view is not in a nice view
This bug is raised during the MDLQA-19956 test.

To reproduce

1. Go to Site admin -> General -> Language -> Language Packs
2. Install the Arabic language pack
3. Go to a course settings page
4. Locate the 'Course start date' calendar icon
5. Switch to Arabic using the language option in your profile menu
6. Click on the calendar icon from step #4
7. Notice the columns are pushed out by the Arabic characters
