I'm contacting you because I encouter a problem with the web service "core_completion_get_activities_completion". And more specificaly when I use it with a course set on multitopic format. It's an external plugin.

It's more a question in fact, because I just created an issue in the github of the plugin. So, my question is why the block  competion_progress can processed the restriction on section topic and the web service not?
