1. Install the Multitopic plugin https://github.com/james-cnz/moodle-format_multitopic using the mdl-84979_test branch.
2. Create a Multitopic course.
3. Add a page, by clicking the + in the tab bar.
4. In the section menu, select "Lower page level".
5. Verify no error is given, and the tab for the page now appears in the lower tab bar only.
6. In the section menu, select "Raise page level".
7. Verify no error is given, and the tab for the page now appears in the upper tab bar, as well as greyed out in the lower tab bar.
