Editor tiny does not support switching to Chinese

      When I switch the language to Chinese and use the editor.

      Version 4.4 and later，you can see like follow:

      also,I found a http error

      when a http request happen

      Fetch 已完成加载：GET“https://xx.xx.cn:81/moodle/lib/editor/tiny/lang.php/1742589012/zh”。

      this is the error"

      Uncaught (in promise) SyntaxError: Unexpected token 's', "string(80)"... is not valid JSON

      How can I solve it?
