Discovered while testing MDLQA-20157

When exporting the Lounge Forum to HTML table and opening the file in the browser, it shows an unknown "Hi Frank" and the content overlaps the table:

Steps to reproduce

1. As admin restore the attached backup file.
2. Go to the "Lounge forum" and select "Export" in the more menu.
3. Set the year in the "Posts from" field to some years ago (2000), "Format" to "HTML table" and click "Export"
4. Open the downloaded file in your browser, wait few seconds and the "Hi Frank" message will pop-up overlapping the table content.
