HQ 2025 Sprint I1.3 Moppies
After MDL-80519 as part of the Bootstrap 5 upgrade, many Bootstrap 4 classes were added as a compatibility layer, but as deprecated. That helps us and third-party plugins to detect and fix deprecated class usages.
