- Log in as admin
- Go to Site Administration > Activity modules > Manage activities
- Enable the BigBlueButton plugin
- Go to Administration > Activity modules > BigBlueButton and set it up with valid server credentials (bigbluebuttonbn_server_url and bigbluebuttonbn_shared_secret should be set to valid value)
- Create a course
- Enrol a student
- Add BigBlueButton BB1 as an activity to the course
- Go to settings. Select Instance type "Recordings only"
- *Name it "BBB recording only"
- Confirm that only Recording view and Restrict Access sections are visible
- Save
- Add BigBlueButton BB2 as an activity to the course with default settings (Room with recordings) and name it BBB Default
- Go to the gradebook
- Ensure that you can see only BBB Default as a column of the gradebook and not BBB recording only
- Update the BBB Recording only instance (BB1)
- Go to the gradebook
- Ensure that you can see only BBB Default as a column of the gradebook and not BBB recording only

Description:
The Grade settings are incorrectly shown for the "RecordingsOnly" instance type, even though they are not applicable. These settings should be hidden to prevent confusion.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to the instance settings page.
- Set the instance type to "RecordingsOnly".
- Notice that Grade settings are still visible.
Expected Behavior:
- Grade settings should be hidden when the instance type is "RecordingsOnly".
Actual Behavior:
- These settings remain visible.
Proposed Fix:
- Hide Grade settings when the instance type is "RecordingsOnly".
Note:
- The bug on Grades was just introduced on 5.0
