Insert a file into an activity by:

1. Logging into the Mount Orange Demo Site as a teacher and find a forum to reply to
2. Select the 'Create link' button
3. Select 'Browse repositories'
4. Choose a file to upload

You will note in the workflow above that the 'Create Link' modal closes automatically and the resulting link in the editor is unwieldy.

After selecting a file the user should be returned to the 'Create Link' modal and be able to set the text to display for the link. Indeed this is how the TinyMCE demo works.
