1. Log in as admin
2. Change your admin first name and last name so that it is very long (max characters)
3. Go to Site admin -> General -> Messaging -> Messaging settings
4. Enable 'Allow site-wide messaging' and save changes
5. Go to Site admin -> Users -> Accounts -> Add a new user
6. Create that has a really long first name and last name (max characters)
7. Open the messaging drawer
8. Search for the new user and click on their name
9. Click the ellipses on the nameplate and choose 'Add to contacts'.
10. Click 'Add'
11. Type a very long message that forces scrolling in the message drawer
12. CONFIRM that the 'Contact request sent...' message does not overlap the scrolling message
13. CONFIRM that the very long username is truncated.
14. Log in as the new user
15. Open the message drawer
16. Click on 'Contacts'
17. Click on 'Requests'
18. Click on the request from admin
19. CONFIRM that the long admin username is also truncated.
20. Accept the request
21. Attempt to block the admin user
22. CONFIRM you see the 'You can't block...' with the truncated name
23. Log back in as admin
24. Attempt to block the other user
25. CONFIRM you see the 'Are you sure you want to block...' with the truncated name
26. Click 'Block'
27. Click the 'Unblock user' button at the bottom
28. CONFIRM you see the 'Are you sure you want to unblock...' with the truncated name
