The Moodle Gradebook needs the ability to prevent editing teachers from editing or adding items to grade categories that are used for data extraction.

Assessments can be summative( assessable - counts to academic record) or formative (non-assessable - used for teaching or coaching etc)

We'd like to see a way to "lock" a summative category to prevent teachers from affecting grade exports to different systems.
