Since MDL-83901 the workshop module provides information in the course activity overview page. However, the current implementation has limited group mode support that will not be easy to handle.

This issue is about making the "submissions" and "assessments" count compatible with group mode. Especially when the teacher is part of the group and does not have the capabilities to access all groups (kind of edge case, but contemplated in core). This includes:

• Computing the number of submissions&assesstments the teacher is responsible.
• Computing the total number of possible submissions and assessments depending on the capabilities and group mode.
• Implement all PHPUnit tests for the new functions (or adapt the current functions to work with several groups).
• Implement any necessary tests related to the workshop overview.
