I am using Moodle 4.5 and have installed PHP 8.1.

The problem I’m facing is that I cannot proceed to enroll new participants in courses. After selecting users for the courses, the system does not update the list of participants, and the browser continues to load when I try to navigate to another page.

However, after restarting the Apache server, the added users are reflected in the list of enrollees or participants.
