We have two systems (DEV and Live) on the DEV system we have a file actvity (PDF) file that loads in a pop-up with a (View to complete condition). We can see this as Admins but as a trainee we cannot.  I have checked every permission for trainees on both systems and they are identical.  Yet we cannot get trainees to see the PDF.

I have removed this activity and remade, also created a whole new course, nothing works!

We cannot progress the course now due to this as we have a restriction set for the following activity to be shown on completion of viewing this PDF

BTW, I have taken off all restrictions and tried a brand new user.. but no joy as yet!  HELP!!!

Note: I have noticed that in the Roles permissions there is a setting to view and edit etc for all activities except file.. is this correct?
