In the testing scenario of https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-84728,
delete Course 1 (the one holding the questions).
Then try accessing the quiz in Course 2, the "Questions" page.

Luckily there is a recycle bin (in the course category). But it only gets the questions back (course restores into a new one with different ids) and the quiz remains broken.
