Setup
- Login as administrator
- Create a new course
- Create a "Database" activity in the course
Test
- In the database activity go to Presets tab
- Select Use this preset in the "Journal" row action menu
- Go to Fields tab
- Confirm Sorting at the bottom is displayed horizontally as follows:
- Select Edit in the "Title" row action menu
- Confirm the form is displayed as follows:
- Reduce the browser size < 750px
- Confirm the form is displayed as follows:
- Restore the original browser size and go to Fields tab
- Select Edit in the "Content" row action menu
- Confirm the form is displayed as follows:

HQ 2025 Sprint I1.3 Moppies
After Bootstrap 5 update, the mod_data keeps using deprecated Bootstrap 5 classes.
Steps to reproduce:
- Enable theme designer mode to show CSS deprecation
- Create a database activity
- Add one field to the database
- Expected: the field creation form does not use deprecated styles
- What happens: it uses form-group and form-inline
