Setup

1. Login as administrator
2. Create a new course
3. Enrol a student user
4. Create a new Assignment activity
   1. Set "Submission types > Submission types" to "File submissions"
   2. Set "Submission settings > Allowed attempts" to "Unlimited"
   3. Save changes

Test

1. Login as student
2. Access the course
3. Access the assignment activity
4. Add a new submission
5. Confirm the action buttons in the assignment page are horizontally displayed
