A client of ours has requested this functionality, so we're attaching it to a tracker in case it is wanted by others.

Currently, if an activity on a course has competencies attached to it, this is not obvious. The student has to go into the Competencies tab and then scroll through and find which activities are linked to which competencies. And the teacher has to go into the Edit Settings for the activity to see which ones are linked.

Our client has requested that if an activity has any competencies, there is an icon next to it, indicating this, which opens up a modal listing the competencies. So we will implement that, and it's up to others if they want to also implement this feature or not, if not we'll just leave this here in case anyone ever searches for a similar thing and finds it.
