Questions: bad layout with floated images in the question text of many qtypes

      1. Create any question type
      2. Attach an image to the description.
      3. Align the image to the left/right.
      4. Preview the question.

      Example:
      1. Create a True/false question, in the description add the image then align left or right the image

       2. Save then preview the question:

      Expected:
