Now that there are several AI provider plugins in core LMS they should be audited to see if there are common components that can be refactored into parent classes in the core AI subsystem.

Refactoring these plugins and simplifying their structure will make it easier to maintain the core provider plugins and make it easier for community developers to create their own provider plugins
