Models provided by AI services such as OpenAI and Azure AI etc. change overtime, sometimes without warning. Old models are deprecated and removed and new models are added.

This task is to audit the models currently supported by the core AI provider plugins.

Then raise issues to remove no longer supported models and to add new replacement models
