I still occasionally get staff deleting a question from a quiz (random category) and getting the:
Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: This behaviour (interactivecountback) cannot work with this question (qtype_missingtype_question)
....error, which is due to their Quiz Preview corrupting as I understand things - the fix being the restart the preview by going to the Quiz Questions page and maybe ticking shuffling on and off or similar.
I think the user-experience we want is what was implemented in MDL-78547 for another, similar error. That is: in previews, if things have been chagned in the question bank so that the preview can no longer work, then it is automatically updated so that it works again.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a quiz.
Add an essay question to the quiz's question bank.
Add a random question to the quiz from the category where the new question was created.
Preview the quiz.
After previewing, delete the question.
Go back to the quiz.
Result: The error occurs.
