Setup
- Login as administrator
- Go to Reports under user menu
- Create a new report using "User" data source
- In the new created report go to Audience tab and create a new "All users" audience
- In the new created report go to Schedules tab and create a new schedule filling the form
- In the Schedules tab use the toggle button to disable the element
- Confirm that the table row text changed the colour to a lighter gray

Noticed in Report builder schedules but after speaking with mikelmartíncorrales it seems it affects other/all tables, so creating this issue

(Note the misaligned icons are fixed by MDL-84526; this issue may itself also resolve part of MDL-84644)
The row content should be muted for disabled schedules, but the class isn't applying since BS5 upgrade
