At the moment, when setting up an Amazon S3 repository in Moodle, by default it gives all users access to your complete S3 account. Access can be restricted by tweaking the s3:view permission, however we cannot find a way to give access to only a specific bucket. When connecting the repository to our S3 in AWS, the plugin wants to list all buckets from the root folder. You cannot select a specific bucket with the settings, even if the policy only allows a specific bucket.

Is there a way to do this that we are missing? If not could this feature be implemented in the future?
