When User Policies - Full name format includes "middlename" (image 1), then searching by Full Name on Browse list of users works unexpectedly when searching with just a first and last name. 

When typing a firstname[space]last name, no results appear (image 2). 

To find a result, one needs to add an additional space by typing firstname[space][space]lastname (image 3)

This causes confusion when site Managers are searching for users and cannot find them.
