After the Bootstrap 5 upgrade, the help icons shown on the right sidebar of the Report Builder editor are not working anymore.

Console error:

loader.js:88 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading '_isShown')

    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (loader.js:88:22)

is a regression caused by

MDL-75669 Upgrade the Boost theme with Bootstrap 5.x
