Some plugins like mod_resources have event classes for listing the instances that are not used (for example,  mod_recourse\event\instance_list_viewed or mod_folder\event\course_module_instance_list_viewed).

Those events aren't triggered because all resource archetyped plugins show the instances in an aggregated table that triggers core\event\course_resources_list_viewed.

This issue is a about deprecating all those classes and create a final deprecation issue.
