In Moodle 5.0 with Safari the activity icons are all coloured black. Since MDL-83725 the icons are coloured through an inline SVG filter using the CSS "filter" property. That doesn't work in Safari. It has been reported as a Webkit bug. See https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104169
