Hi, here are replication steps regarding the missing 'Browse repositories…' option in 'Insert or edit image' section in the database's template entry:

1. Go to a course page, and Turn on editing mode
2. Under any section, click “Add an activity or resource”,
3. Add a “Database” activity
4. Give it a name
5. Click “Save and display”
6. Select the “Fields” section [screenshot]
7. Click “Create a field”, then click “Short text” [screenshot]
8. Give it a name
9. Click “Save”
10. Click the “Template” section
11. Click the image (Insert or edit image) icon/button  [screenshot]

• Observed: No option to insert image via “Browse repositories…” when using ATTO
• Expected: I believe If images are supposed to be insert-able, “Browse repositories…” button should be present, such as the image below (ATTO editor when editing using in Forum's posts or any activities' description [screenshot]) otherwise it would be great if it can be removed or updated for these types of areas where inserting images are not supposed to be an option.
