It appears that the annotate PDF encounters errors when using Safari browser, when grading an assignment submission

Clicking the comment box on the annotate PDF and then the colour/line results into "undefined" pop-up with no stack-trace

Testing on https://school.moodledemo.net gives more issues. The toolbars are not displaying at all.
