Hi, with moodle 4.5 our users have a new notification when an upcoming quiz is open, it is a good feature I guess, and the possibility to users to set their notificaiton preference too.

But, we would configure this value to false by default because our students get to spammed by this feature, and many of them don't know how to stop it.

Of course, I'll put the value for all users in db but for new users in future, I have to change the default value in

/mod/quiz/db/messages.php 

Can we improve the customisation to let admin change this default value ?
