The scenario is as follows. A lecturer hat created a subsection (or wrongly displaced a section so it became a subsection) and then populated it with activities and material.
Now she or he wants to un-indent it and transfer it to a real regular section. I believe this is not easy to do. I think I can't do this neither with drag and drop nor with the "Move" dialogue.
But the need will arise sooner or later to have this feature.
