Final deprecation of Bootstrap 4 compatibility

      Remove the compatibility layer for Bootstrap 4 created after Bootstrap 5 upgrade
      That compatibility layer includes 3 different tracker issues:

      • MDL-80519 Create a compatibility layer for Bootstrap v4 > v5 SCSS
      • MDL-84450 Create a compatibility helper for Boostrap v4 > v5 data-attributes
      • MDL-84324 Add jQuery compatibility for Bootstrap 5

      All these layers/helpers should be removed from the code.
