- Go to Site Administration > Course > Manage course categories and courses
- Ensure that Sorting label is on the same line as "Select categories"
- Ensure that Move selected categories to is on the same line as "Choose"
- Ensure that "Move" Button is on the same line as "Choose"
- Go to any course
- Click on Course reuse
- And select Import
- Ensure that the list of course to choose from displays correctly
