In BBB we now have the site wide setting that sends a message when a recording is finished:

However, this setting is only available per Moodle instance. It would be way more useful to make it a per BBB instance setting. We have BBB's where we really want notifications to be send for recordings (for example online classes) but we also have moments where we don't want the notification to be send (for example online oral exams).

If this could be an per instance setting, with an overal default setting (like in most cases with BBB) it would be very nice
