Plugin tool_untoken_oauth2 wrongly cancels an update. Here is the exact error message I received:

      Installing available updates

      Debugging output enabled
      Downloading tool_untoken_oauth2 ... OK
      Validating tool_untoken_oauth2 ... Error
[OK] Name of the plugin to be installed [untoken_oauth2]

      [OK] Plugin version [2019091600]
      [OK] Required Moodle version [2018051700]
      [OK] Full component name [tool_untoken_oauth2]
[Error] A higher version of this plugin is already installed [2022070302]
Installation aborted due to validation failure
      Cancel
So just because it sees a newer version than that required, and even though it is not the latest, it stops without updating.
