I noticed something interesting in these 4 items, as the formatting seems a bit confusing. The correct format should be something like "Hi...<br><br>Students....", or perhaps "Hi...\n\nStudents....." However, it’s a mix of both styles.

Since Moodle automatically converts plain text to HTML when sending emails, I decided to remove the HTML markup on the second line and keep everything in plain text format.
