Log in as admin Navigate to Users > Permissions > Define roles in site administration Edit the Teacher role Remove the following capability and save: moodle/badges:configurecriteria Create a user Create a course Enrol user in course as teacher Press More > Badges from navigation Create a new badge Add criteria to the badge Log out Log in as test user Navigate to course Press More > Badges from navigation Open Action menu for the previously created badge Confirm Enable access option is not present
