As a user of the Activity Completion report, I want to be able to set a specific date range for when activities have been completed, so that can inspect/analyse which students have completed an activity with-in a certain time frame. 

This is especially useful on evergreen sites and sites that have rolling presentations with-in them. 
 
This data already presents itself in the exported report, and if you hover over a completed activity, it shows, but it would be useful to view for all students in a date range in the live view. 

UI Example:
