Into the feedback activity, the HTML characters are not escaped into the response.

How to reproduce the bug :

1. Into a course, create an activity feedback
2. Edit question
3. Add question "Longer text answer"
4. Go back to the feedback activity
5. Answer the question with special character : "I receive an' answer" & it is great
6. Into the activity, go to "responses" tab
   1. Into the date column, click on the link to view the answer to see unescaped HTML character
   2. Download CSV file to see unescaped HTML character
