Manual test

1. Log in as admin
2. Go to the Site Administration >> Users >> Bulk user actions
3. In the "Users in List" section. Add users to the selection list
4. In the "With selected users...", select Download in the dropdown.
5. Click the Go button.
6. Select "Comma separated values (.csv)" in the dropdown.
7. Click the download button.
8. Confirm downloading the file is successful

Please, repeat the process  (step 6) by changing the file type:

• Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
• OpenDocument (.ods)

Third party libraries

1. Login as admin.
2. Navigate to Site Administration > Development > Third party libraries.
3. Verify that the version of OpenSpout is 4.28.5
