Use templates/renderers on enrol/index.php page

      1. Create a course
      2. Add self enrolment method and some other that allows users to enrol themselves - like enrolment on payment
      3. As a user who is not enrolled to a course go to enrol/index.php?id=COURSEID
      4. Ensure you can see course info - coursename, teachers
      5. Ensure for enabled method you see a relevant section (for self enrolment there should be enrol me button, for enrolment on payment - 'Select payment type' button and price)
      6. Ensure if no suiteable method is enabled - relevant message is shown (No available etc)

      Even just moving lines 105-125 into a single renderer function will help themers
