In the Moodle and WMP 4.5 releases a placeholder icon that used to keep alignement is now shown in the "Manage courses and categories" page (.../course/management.php)

Moodle 4.4 and before:

For endusers this is confusing because this icon resembles the checkmark icon for selecting course categories.
