As discussed in MDL-82460, we suspect that the moodleicons.json file was mistakenly merged in the first version of the ComponentLibrary, as it hasn't been updated in 3 years. It was likely renamed to fontawesomeicons.json, which we update by running the php admin/tool/componentlibrary/cli/fetchicons.php command.

The goal of this task is to be sure that the file can be removed and remove it.
