In ~~MDL-70983~~, support for OBv1.0 was removed. However, the default value for apiversion in badge_external_backpack is still set to 1.0.

Given the removal of OBv1.0 support, it is appropriate to update the badge_external_backpack by removing the default value for apiversion. This change aligns with the current supported versions and cleans up outdated configurations.
