1. Create Forums activity. 
2. Post to the Forum as a student.
3. Grade the submission directly in the forum using the Grade Users option.

• Assign an original grade (e.g., 80).

1. Override the Grade in the Gradebook:

• Go to Gradebook Setup from the course administration menu.
• Go into Single View 
• Click Turn Editing On and Override the forum grade (e.g., change it to 77).
• Save the changes.

1. Grade Discrepancy:

• As both student and instructor, users can see the following:
• Forum View: The original grade shows (e.g., 80).
• Gradebook View: The overridden grade displays (e.g., 77).

• The overridden grade should sync and display consistently in both the forum and the gradebook.

• The forum still shows the original grade (80), while the gradebook reflects the overridden grade (77), creating confusion for both students and instructors.

Both Grades are Shown for Student and Instructor.
