Set up 

1. Log into Moodle as admin.
2. Go to Site admin -> Plugins -> Admin tools -> Multi factor authentication
3. Enable 'MFA plugin enabled'
4. In the factor table, enable the following factors:
   • Email
   • Security key
5. Press 'Save changes'

Test 1 

1. Go to your user preferences page
2. Click on 'Multi-factor authentication preferences'
3. Click on the 'Set up' button
4. Enter a security key name.
5. Click the 'Register security key' button and perform the necessary steps.
6. From the Multi-factor authentication Click on the 'Manage' button
7. CONFIRM you see a table with your factor listed
8. CONFIRM you see an new button call "Add security key"
9. Click the 'Add security key' button.
10. CONFIRM you see the "Set up security key" form. 
11. Enter a security key name, click the 'Register security key' button and perform the necessary steps to set it up.
12. From the Multi-factor authentication Click on the 'Manage' button
13. CONFIRM you see a table with your two factors listed. 
14. Logout and login again. 
15. In 2-step verification use the first security key created and CONFIRM you can successfully login. 
16. Logout and login again 
17. In 2-step verification use the second security key created and CONFIRM you can successfully login. 

NOTE: If you mess things up and locked yourself out, you can disable the whole MFA plugin from the CLI:
