File picker file content height is going over the modal

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to any page that uses filepicker, maybe user>profile>edit profile
      2. Select server files
      3. Expected: the The box to show the files are aligned with the modal
      4. Actual: It goes over the modal

      The height of the fp-content is set to a static value, which might have broken this.
