The click event to make the popup window disappear again has changed. Before it was sufficient to click on the popup window or outside of the window, now it is necessary to click on the icon again and then click on the window or outside of the window again, to make it disappear.

tested with Boost Union, Boost core, Classic theme in FF and Chrome.

In moodle 4.5 this behaviour cannot be reproduced.

Steps to reproduce:

1. install Moodle 4.4.5
2. Login as a teacher
3. create a course
4. create an activity containing help icons with pop up windows
5. click the help icon
6. click the help icon again
7. click on the pop up window or outside of the window again

Expected result: the window should disappear without having to click on the help icon again.

Actual results: the help icon has to be clicked again in order to make the window disappear again.
