It address the three actual steps
1 -question and answers parameters
2 - datasets definition as either shareable through a category or private to the question
3- datasets parameters and datasets items values
with regard to
1- the user friendness of the dispay,
2- pertinence of the validation of the user values
3- flow between the three steps when
a-creating a new question
b-editing an existing questions
c-creating a new question from an existing one
