Create a basic course activities overview page

      The page will replace the current activities block and be part of the standard course navigation.

      The page will now scan the course and show one collapsible section per type of activity. Each collapsible will display a message and a link to the “index.php” on every activity plugin.

      For now, the list of plugins will follow the same logic as the activities block. Later in the epic, we will add the integrations and other ways to group types of plugins.
